Brekafast Club & After School Care
Asfordby Captain’s Close Primary School provides a term time only Wrap Around Care Provision (known as Captain’s Crew) for the children within the establishment. We as a school aim to provide a warm, safe and inviting environment that will allow them to be able to explore different types of play along with a variety of different learning opportunities. The club is currently situated within the school’s library and we have access to the playground, hall and field.

Times and Prices
Here are the time and prices for each session:
Before School
7:30am – 8:45am
£4.50 per child
After School
3:15pm – 5:45pm
£9
All payments to be made via ParentPay

Here at Captain’s Crew, we provide children with breakfast during the morning session, snacks during the afternoon session (3.15-4.30), then a token meal for the later session (Until 5.45). Underneath, you can find an example of a weekly menu (subject to change):
Forms and Policies
These forms are attached below for you to read and print off or you can come and speak to Miss Halliday if you are not sure of anything. Please read these carefully as well as being aware that without these forms, your child will not be able to attend the club for safeguarding reasons. Please take the time to read these documents before your child attends Captain’s Crew.

Messages relating to a child’s attendance can be left via text message if they are not attending on that day due to illness or are going home with someone else etc. Miss Halliday will get back to you as soon as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I have more than one child attending the session. Will I receive any discount?
A: Yes, we will give a 10% discount for the second any subsequent children.
Q: I have childcare vouchers. Will I be able to use them?
A: Absolutely! We have a couple of childcare providers that we use for Captain’s Crew. We are currently signed up to Sudexo, Computer as well as using the government website. If you have another provider, we would be more than happy to sign up.
Q: What happens if I am late collecting my child(ren)?
A: Unfortunately, you will be charged £15 per child. If you feel that you are going to be late, please contact 07984353565 as soon as possible.
